Supervised County real property leases, easements, permits, and intergovernmental agreements. Drafted and administered successful RFPs and diverse solicitations for a variety of transactions and public processes. Act as internal consultant by providing market, economic, and enforcement direction for real estate asset management strategy. Manage portfolio of +200 tax foreclosed properties, including acquisition, asset management, valuation, and disposition. Initiated foreclosure avoidance efforts through outreach, referral, and support programs resulting in saving homes for elderly and low income residents.  Generated $5 million from net sales dedicated to affordable housing for families with children and youth since 2016.
