Managed County sale of 100+ acres of the Edgefield legacy land holdings, successfully resolving issues including leases and subleases, local to Federal regulators, and, multiple buyers. Represented County Facilities in +$10 million disposition of four downtown redevelopment blocks, providing seed money for the new Central Courthouse Project.  Closed complex property transactions on schedule, at or above appraisal, without dispute or audit findings, and with extreme due diligence.  Guided County initiatives in affordable housing developments producing nearly two hundred units at five properties. Supervised County real property leases, easements, permits, and intergovernmental agreements. Drafted and administered successful RFPs and diverse solicitations for a variety of transactions and public processes. Acted as internal consultant by providing market, economic, and enforcement direction for real estate asset management strategy.
